This partnership gives us access to thousands of pick‑up points, secure lockers, and reliable delivery across Europe

DreamDuck prepares and dispatches all orders to official Packeta drop-off points (such as Z-BOX lockers or partner locations). Final delivery is handled by Packeta — operating under the name Zásilkovna within the Czech Republic.

We aim to deliver your order as fast as possible. Estimated delivery times:

  • Czech Republic & Slovakia: 1–2 business days
  • Other EU countries: 2–5 business days

📩  Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow the delivery progress.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your selected delivery method and destination.

  • Standard delivery to pickup points typically starts from 89 CZK
  • Home delivery (where available) typically starts from 109 – 129 CZK
